I don't know if there's ever been a moment where it's so clear that we desperately need to be in this conversation.

While we were in Sydney, just a small jump across a body of water was the city of Christchurch, New Zealand, experiencing one of the most

horrific acts of violence that that country has ever known.

It's almost unimaginable that one person would choose to become a container of hate

and randomly kill 50 people and injure another 50.

Because they're not the right color or the right

ethnicity or the right religion from their perspective.

I'm so tired of having to step into these kinds of moments. It's almost as if we're having to have the same conversation over and over and over again.

And I wish I could say this will be the last time that we'll have to stand in this kind of

experience, but it's not.
