Before we get into the show, I just wanted to let you guys know.

First off, I really want to thank everybody for all the support and for those of you guys tuning in.

It's been really exciting to test the podcast arena and get some good traction initially.

So thanks everyone for tuning in in supporting us.

We're having a lot of fun doing it.

Before we get into the show, I just want to let you know one way

content that's as smart as possible and to have it appeal to the widest possible

audience which is a really difficult balance. So we're supported in part by our amazing

Patreon supporters and if you want to see more podcasts and videos about film and TV

philosophy, literature, and other topics, that's a great way to help us do that. We're

about halfway to our big Patreon milestone

at which point we'll be able to make exclusive videos for our patrons on movies and

TV shows that we love but aren't quite popular enough for YouTube.

We talk about this all the time, there's a lot of awesome films and TV shows that we want to talk

about, but you know, won't necessarily resonate on YouTube.
