But since 1968, Zobbe has meant something else as well.

With the film Night of the Living Dead, filmmaker George Romero created a new creature,

a mindless corpse that walked and sought out the flesh of the living. And tonight we're

going to talk with Harvard Medical Doctor Stephen Schlossman about this kind of

zombie, the Romero zombie, its plausibility, its popularity, and other cerebral matters. It's actually quite unlike anything we've ever seen before.
