Southampton is and wherever you are listening and watching we are as JD just

said wrapping up the therapy series with the last six

weeks we've been looking at a huge issue in our culture right now. It was a huge issue

before everything happened with COVID but specifically talking about mental health.

And COVID and everything that has happened with the lockdowns

and challenges in society have only made that worse.

So we have been jumping in. If you have missed this

series you can find all those on the porch app. We covered four weeks on

anxiety, we covered what it looks like to get healthy and deal with your

baggage, and tonight we are launching into a really big issue that I'm going to have Hayden Browning who's on our team,

he's our worship leader, is going to help.

And let me set up and frame it like this.

My son is four years old and he during COVID has master the art of using Alexa.

So he will find a song that he really likes and all day long he will drive his mother insane by going up and saying Alexa play this song and he hove the same song play over and over and over again

One of the songs that we've been jamming to that most I feel like churches, Christians people in general

were jamming even before COVID was Waymaker. You guys familiar with Waymaker?

Like JD said we've got some volunteers some friends that are here. That's a great song Waymaker, Promise Keeper.
