You know, I want to say this before we get into it today, if there's someone that you need to forgive, now is the time.

There is no time like the present, then to forgive someone, even if they were wrong in hurting you.

Even if they, quote unquote, done you wrong, forgive them and move on with your life. You're worth it.

Well, High Flyers, this harkens back to a time in my life when I'd been doing very well, had a nice, beautiful home, things were going well and everything crumbled.

And I'm going to do a special video on that sometime, but a lot of things crumbled all at the same time.

And I made some very bad decisions and then I started anesthetizing myself with alcohol and that made it even worse.

Long story short, I ended up living in a warehouse and those sponge baths in the morning with the cold water, not the best thing in the world.

But I lived in the warehouse for about two months before I ended up living in a hotel room and it was a very, very tough time.

And I discovered one thing that got me through.

I can remember sitting in my hotel room thinking I only have two days and I don't have enough money to pay the rent for another week and I'm going to be homeless.

And I'm going to be out on the street and there was a lot of drug addicts, a lot of people using needles, all that kind of thing.

What am I going to do?

And it did something very special and it taught me something, I learned something and I've applied this every day, at least every day that I'm conscious of it.

I've applied it and it works.
