matt a here welcome into today's episode you know as we wrap up quarter two as i record this we're

halfway through june and uh we're almost at that halfway point of 2021.

Crazy to believe that the year is flying by so fast.

Feels like it's gone so quickly and yet a lot of ground has been covered.

And that's the beauty of, you know, having clear goals and a clear vision of where you want

to go and being able to focus and lock in on

covering ground to get you there. And I'm sure many of you are working extremely hard on

breaking through whatever ceiling it is that might be hanging over you, whether it's buying a

first investment property or a next investment property.

It's making some moves in the stock market. It's, you know, in your career or with your health,

whatever it may be. And hopefully it's all of the above. Oftentimes what I find when I talk to a

lot of people, when they, you know, talk about their goals, I find that they're very ambiguous goals.

They're not very specific.

And oftentimes when I ask them if those goals are aligned with where they see themselves

being in two or three or five years down the road, they really don't have a clear answer

because they don't have clarity in what that
