My goal on the wholesale path is to get to 300k a month. I want to do about 200k a month flipping houses.

Well, first off, I mean, we get a new president in. And so I think most people are optimistic about that and where he's taking things. So whenever there's good market sentiment, that's always

encouraging, regardless of how you feel about them. Right. It's better for the market overall. But yeah, dude, I mean, I'm focused on a lot of things this year.
