wherever you are in the world.

I'm just thankful that you are here and you are giving me some time

because I can only imagine how busy you are and all of the amazing things that you are doing in your life.

So what are we going to talk about today? Let's see. I'm trying to think where I should start.

So I've shared before that I'm doing these podcasts more on the fly and more, I guess maybe on the fly isn't the right term,

but more so, like, not as curated and, I guess, edited.

I've shared, I've been talking about this a lot on Instagram or more recently on

Instagram about how in the past when I would create and record my podcasts, I was so nervous

and I had such little confidence in my ability to speak eloquently and get a point across

in a manner that was worthy of my listeners. And because of that, I would, I would literally script

my podcasts word for word. I would sit down and for days, sometimes a week, I would write out a full

script exactly how I would say it and then I would sit and I would read it, but I would only read it

perfectly. It was like some weird OCD stuff, perfectionist crap coming up for me.

That's how I started the podcast.

And now that I've been doing this for over a year, I've gotten a lot better at, well,

I've dropped the script a long time ago, mainly because I couldn't sustain that.

It took me way too long.

And it was either keep doing the script and have to do less podcast episodes or just

stop doing them together or like let go of the control a little bit and trust myself

and allow myself to get better on my own without a script.

And luckily, I chose the latter and here we are.
