Today, we're going to tackle the topic of standing the F out. Okay? Because there are a lot of carbon copies out there,

a lot of people doing a lot of the same things in a lot of the same ways, and it's getting

quite repetitive.

And here's the thing.

For some people, this is okay.

And at some levels, this is okay.

But you're not just some people.

And you're not at beginner level.

You're a boss.

I know you're a boss. And you are too dang good and talented and filled with magic to be trying to act like somebody else and stifling that magic. Okay?

So we're going to have a conversation about that.

I have to say, before I keep going,

please understand,

I am guilty of this too.

I have been in the past massively, massively. I've gotten better, but we all fall into

these traps sometimes. It's really, really easy. It's really, really easy to default to somebody else's vibe or decision or words versus taking the time to curate your own.

Okay. So please understand that as I share this thought with you, that I am not pointing fingers.

I am not, I can't even think of like one person specific.

So don't do the thing.
