like that. We talked tariffs. And obviously, two of the big things that listeners care about,

at least from what I've understood on this show, was, you know, when they're going to buy a car

and when they're going to buy a house. So I thought it'd be interesting to kind of bring in two

specialists, two experts,

two people within the realm of that business. And they're going to come on and kind of explain

to us kind of what's going on as best as they can do. And they'll just let it roll from there.

So first it's going to be our friend David Hockberg. He's a mortgage professional out of Homestead Financial.
