physically you're in the same state regardless but how you frame it is different and I kind of thought that way for the first time ever I was like okay he's right there I wish he wasn't there but I can go again you know it's like hey he just worked hard to get back up to me and so it was kind of like you know just that little mind game with myself and then was kind of like, you know, just that little mind game with myself.

And then I kind of paired that with, no, these are my trails.

Like, I want to win here.

I can smell the finish.

I'm six or seven miles away. I've run this next section hundreds of times as a

kid and so then I really dug and then use that mantra you can take more pain like over and over and

just kind of hammer.

You know, and I know how crazy and unreal these past few days have been with the COVID-19,

aka coronavirus pandemic spreading across this great nation of ours and across the globe.

Countries like China, my native South Korea, Iran, Italy, and many others are being infected right now.

People are being hospitalized,

quarantined, and here in states.

Apparently, T.P. and Hans sanitizer

is starting to become worth more than gold. So yeah, just an uncertain time. Surreal time, uncertain time. I'm running out of adjectives. I keep using surreal, but it's true.

It's just a crazy time that we're in right now.

But your boy, Billy, has your back.

Since I am myself quarantine here in my home slash studio in Hermosa Beach I will try to do my part

to keep cranking out content starting with today. We have a jam-packed show so I'll try not to waste any more time.
