In politics, there is something called the October surprise.

And this morning, it is hitting Minnesota Governor Tim Wals.

What is the surprise? He carried out, apparently, a secret fling with the daughter of a

That's interesting. Now, you may remember, Tim Walts had a interesting relationship with

China, spending a lot of time in China.
