Uh, looks like the bears are driving chance to kick a field goal to go to overtime.

Oh, wait, they don't even get the field goal off.

Caleb Williams is sacked with 32 seconds left in the game.

The bears opt not to take a time out.

The Bears snap the ball next with six seconds left and the game is over as it falls

incomplete.

I should have introduced you earlier, Clay.

I just went into it.

Like it was so crazy of a game.

I had to just get right into it.

And I do want to bring you in. But first, I want to talk

about the explanation that Matt Iberfluse gave after the game, why he didn't call the timeout.

Because it seems like call the timeout, run your field goal fire drill, and we will get to that.

Matt Iberluse said he was okay with the decisions they made because, and again, like in a vacuum, and we're going

to get to this, Ruthie and I talked about this a little bit, in a vacuum, it seems okay.

It's third and 26.

So you cannot spike the ball after a completion to the middle of field.

So they wanted to re-rack their play, get a completion in the middle of field, time out.
