So Julie and I are gradually starting to figure out Instagram.

I think I did two reels.

I posted pictures of my office and my desk, kind of put some context and make this more of a, more of like a intimate experience.

So I'll give you the different ways to get in contact with me at the end of this episode.

So the concept I wanted to really focus on today, because my birthday is on Tuesday, is the concept of time.

And the water, the concept of time, I think, is a really fascinating construct because in reality, time does not exist.

It is something that we as as humans have created as a way to measure

uh measure things um and you know i'm not that old but i you know realizes that my birthday is coming

up but really kind of struck me is is we all have a finite amount of time

on earth. And what we do with it, I think, is one of the most salient and important, I guess, I would

say time is one of the most salient and important commodities that we have.

Because, you know, I think I mentioned this last week or the week before.

I was giving an assessment and it was time.

And I realized after one minute, it just struck me like, I will never get that minute back.

And I think a lot of us spend our time in the past,

in the woulda, coulda, should have mindset. We spend a lot of time in the future, in planning.

A term that I kind of came up with is, you know, we can mourn things that have happened in our past.

But I think we can also mourn things that may not come to fruition in our future.
