I feel as though I'm at the point now where even though I still think I'm a new peer, I came in the same time as you, Ed, I now feel that everyone has been brought in since, whether Labour or Tory, I know them.

I mean, I knew them before when they weren't peers, if you sure, I mean.

So it's like it's a little bit like every Labour peer I've kind of known in their jobs, trade union leaders or what have you.

And now the Tories are bringing in all these people that I know.

So it's hard to say, really.

It's a little bit.

It's over clubby, is what I'd say.
