and this is an interview I thought I had planned for really well until I realized there was a lot more to

uncover. Shane has been at Holly Forever in multiple roles all over the company. Today, he leads

the technical and customer service department and the EFI training course department. This is the side of the company

that interacts with people with product questions who need product troubleshooting. Maybe they have

product problems. And it's for everything under the Holly banner. That's stuff like Bear Breaks and

MST, other stuff, not just Holly stuff. We're going to cover that here. And we're going to cover

the differences, really, between Sniper 1 and Sniper 2. And then he's going to troubleshoot over the phone with me, some real

listener problems for EFI. And speaking of EFI, when you get into fuel injection, it's tricky

to solve over the phone. You don't know the car, the fuel injection is being put on, you don't

know what the charging system is like in it.

You don't know who wired it, how competent they were.

And then does the guy know how to tune it or those types of things?

So we've got a whole team here of people that get on the phone every day.

And then sometimes you get a guy and you say, wait, wait, what are you trying to do?

A guy had a small block for it that he used to raise the drawbridge on his castle, and he was needing carburetor help on it.
