Morning everybody, welcome along to your free podcast for today. It's Thursday, Jan the 19th. I can't believe it's the 19th either. So I've raced through, didn't it? I'm still drinking tons of water because, as you know, I my my bottle up from the tap not my tab

but the one of the because we have 13 kitchens in our building 13 kitchen in fact there might be 14

actually if I include the canteen and we've got these special taps that on one side of the tap

you push it and it gives you boiling hot water so you don't have to wait for a kettle to boil

we don't have any kettles and you can get the boiling hot water to make your cup of tea.

And then the other side of the tap you push the blue button and you get ice cold water.

Filtered ice cold water is fantastic.

And that's in every single one of our kitchen.

So as you can well imagine, we get through copious amounts of water, which is lovely.

Anyway, where do we begin today?
