0:06.0	new year. Today we are joined by possibly our biggest ever guest, Tony Blair. We talked to
0:14.6	Tony Blair about what he thinks about the future of our economy, what he thinks about the impact of
0:19.0	AI will be, and what he generally thinks of the
0:22.0	interaction between business and government. There's a very interesting line in his new book on
0:26.8	leadership, where he talks about building a business is much tougher than I thought it would be.
0:32.2	So we went deep into that conversation, what he thinks of business leaders coming into politics and how that
0:38.9	can work or not work. We did also ask him about what he made of Donald Trump's appointment
0:44.6	of Elon Musk, but I should say that this was recorded in December before Elon Musk got
0:50.5	quite so involved in UK politics. And I think it's really interesting when you consider that Tony Blair left office 18 years ago,
1:00.2	what he's gone on to do afterwards.
1:02.9	There weren't many former prime ministers when Tony Blair left office.
1:07.0	Now there are quite a few more of them.
1:08.5	He has built the Tony Blair Institute, which is now
1:11.5	800 people, works across five continents, advising close to a quarter of the world's governments.
1:18.9	It's quite an incredible story how he's done that, so we dive into that as well. And it's really
1:25.1	interesting, I find, getting former politicians on who've had a bit of
1:29.0	time out of government. At the end of last year, we had both Nick Clegg and William Haye come
1:33.7	and do the podcast. And getting their insights and perspective, I think, is really interesting
1:38.8	when they've been out for a long time. Coupled with what Blair has done in building the Tony Blair
