I am Todd, I'm an alcoholic and thank you Randy and everybody else for the great presentations.

Just want to say real quick, I don't know what number of the retreat this is for me, probably

something like 13 or 14 I'm thinking over the years and this is such a special thing

for us to do up here.

And I guess it's a little different, you know, asking people to do a couple of steps

and we know it's hard to sit in a chair and keep your mind in the room for that long at

one time but try to do it because it's important.

So I'm going to present steps 4, 5 and 6 and I think before I even get into 4 I just

got to go back a little bit into 3.

And I want to say that step 4 in alcoholics anonymous is so I learned it is about revealing

self to self and beginning to take a look at self appraisal and that I actually just

have no business doing this if I have no brooding in the first three steps.

So that third step is so important that you know to be before 4 and that I at the very

least have some practical application of it in my life.

And my experience, you know, when I first came here I bounced in and out of meetings

for about a year and a half and then I finally came back and I landed at this place called

Studio 12 in North Hollywood and I surrendered, you know, and I walked in there and it was
