Welcome to today's solo episode where we are going to take out my trash,

the pop culture trash, the Tik-Tock trash, the TV trash,

and Trashers trash. How are you guys doing? Are you guys sick? I feel like everyone is sick.

Now there's two sicknesses going around right now. There's COVID 2.0, you know, a good old

cold with a little extra and then there's the stomach flu. And my family has been

blessed with both. Love that for us, and right now my kids are so

sick, it's been awful because I am not a home body when it comes to like my way of motherhood that's why I love

Chandler Ashcraft I've had her on the podcast Chan with the boys go follow her on

Instagram she's the best she loves to be out of the house.

She loves to take her kids places and do things.

And that is my way of mothering,

because if I am home, I am over-stimulated.

I'm annoyed.

My house is getting destroyed. And my kids are on their worst behavior.

But when we're out of the house, they are angels. They really are. And I feel like a lot of

kids, it's the opposite where when they're home they-behaved, and then out of the house is when, like, they're throwing tantrums and they're over-stimulated. But for my kids, it's the total opposite. And so when they're sick, we can't go anywhere and I'm losing my mind. I am

losing my mind. Benley's missed two days of school, Brooks missed preschool, obviously haven't been able to go to the gym

because I can't take them to daycare. So it's been, um, it's been rough. And to make

matters worse, Brooks's birthday is on Sunday,
