Well, I've spent many days inside but no nights inside custody. I've been a prison lawyer for

over 10 years now. You don't get told anything. You get put in a cell and you don't know when

your next coming out. You don't know what's happening. I didn't have a clue what was going on.

What's it come to? I'm sat in a prison cell with s*** up the walls,

counting out own brand hobnobbs. It's not holiday camp. Well, that became pretty s***ing apparent

quite quickly. Yeah. Describe the effects of what spice is doing to people. Somewhere between

asleep and fitting and having a heart attack. It's actually quite scary to see it. When the

World Cup football on it was like being down the local pub. I mean we used to joke about it.

There's one of the ones that we used to call the stagger in. I've heard of people

fitting up iPhone 5s. There was. iPhone 5s that quite wired. Long. That's f***ing s***.
