caught up on my sleep from the night before the preseason game.

I got on, I got on slack on Saturday morning and I saw you

had posted a story 336. Yeah, it's always a tricky thing. I got home at like 2.30 and it's like, do you

right now or do you get a few hours of sleep and then right but I figured if I get the writing out of the way that I can actually sleep.

We're shipping up to, well, New England on Monday, not quite Boston, but we're shipping up to New England for a joint practice on Tuesday.

So today was kind of a lighter day for the Eagle shorts and shells, but still plenty of observations to get to.

Yeah and it used to be a light practice they'd be out there for an hour.

They're out there an hour and just over an hour and a half I think for for a off day or a slow day or light day is longer than it used to be.
