You can do hard things.

And you need to know that you can do hard things in your life.

And you need to know that you can actually

stretch your capacity and get balance in your life,

even for emotional health.

That's why we press into it.

If you don't know how to honestly look at your thoughts,

emotions, and behaviors, how they affect you,

how they affect the person next to you,

how they're affecting your friendship with the Lord,

if you can't honestly look at that, you're never going to mature.
