I want to take this time to wish you the happiest new year you have ever had in your life, not just the day, but the entire year, that God may bless it and use everything that you went through in the past year to empower you for the year to come.

Happy New Year to you may God strengthen you and bless you and not only give you a new year with a new month and a new day and a new calendar,

perhaps approaching a new birthday,

but may God give you a new you for the new year.

And may that new you be more like Jesus

than anything you have ever seen before.

Watch out for anybody's ministry that is based on what they're against rather than what

they're for.

Because religion will divide the body. It will split hairs about doctrine. It will lock

people out. But relationship will open its arms wide and say, whosoever will let him come.

That's what I love about Lakewood.

You open your arms and say, whosoever will let them come without judgment, without condemnation.

It's God's business who he draws to the cross.

And then it occurred to me that Saul saw a great light in the middle of the day.

Now that's a great light.

That's a great light.

That it shines in in daylight. It has to be a great light.

For the greatest light we have on earth is the sun, but there is a light that will outshine

the sun.
