So we have a really good story for you all. It starts March 25th, 1997.

A multi-year feud between neighbors was going to come to a head as they each made an appearance in court.

44-year-old Ann Hoover was suing her neighbor, Roy Kirk, for years of neglecting his property.

The two lived in a neighboring town home for five years in Pittsburgh.

So the two lived there in Pittsburgh. Now, during that time, their relationship took a really bad turn due to Kirk's neglect of his home.

Ann Hoover complained that his refusal to care for his home wasn't just an eye sore in what would otherwise be a beautiful community.

But it also caused damage to her own home because of the shared roof that was leaking.
