All right, today is another podcasters-on-podcaster-style conversation between me, Josh Hallmark

from True Crime Bullshit, and the captain from True Crime Garage. Last week, I talked to Lucy from

These two conversations couldn't be any more different. When Josh proposed this idea and I was in two

different groups, I thought, oh, I'm just going to be repeating myself. I'm telling you, these

conversations went very different directions. This one is a very introspective episode. It is funny.

You don't record with Josh and the captain and not laugh, but we talk about the impact

of criticism on us, the impact of our mental health and how we perceive things, and what it's

really like behind the microphone as a podcaster. Not just that. We talk a bit about the podcast community,

and sometimes a couple other podcasters may come up as we discuss the state of the community. And I thought as we were getting into the holiday season, it would be a great time for a bunch of true crime podcasters to come together and do what I'm calling. It was originally calling it Crime on Crime, but that has some very different implications. So I guess just like actors on actors,

we're going to get together in small groups and talk about true crime, the experience of

creating true crime podcasts, and I guess just our feelings and thoughts on different cases,

each other's work and the medium at large.
