A massive recovery operation is underway in Washington's Potomac River, after a passenger aircraft carrying 64 people collided midair with an Army Black Hawk helicopter carrying three soldiers. Authorities say there are no survivors. The collision happened near Reagan National Airport and more than 300 first responders

have been working around the clock. As those desperate efforts to find the bodies of the victims

continue, President Trump addressed the nation and without any evidence laid the blame on Democrats
