Trump specifically is still subject to prosecution because many of them

couldn't be possibly considered official act. Right. I don't think that the

false electors scheme is an official is anything to do with

this official authority and exercise of official power.

I don't think the ellipse speech was.

Lip speech was essentially a campaign speech after the campaign was over

an attempt to overturn the election and to have the president be able

to try to coerce the legislative branch into basically committing a violation of the Constitution, I mean that should be an act

that can be criminal.

We finally got an opinion from the Supreme Court in the immunity case.

But before we dive in, just to level set here, I want to play a clip so that we can remember

what these justices said during their confirmation hearings about executive power.

A president is not above the law with respect to the criminal process.

I believe that no one is above the law under our system and that includes the president.
