Hello fellow rebel capitals. Hope you're well. So my goodness gracious, Trump pulling back to tariffs a little bit.

Does this mean the recession has been canceled? The stock market sure is going up. So we've got a lot to talk about today for sure.

We've got a lot to think about. There's a lot to process just daily. You guys know

what I'm talking about, especially over the last two weeks, every single day. It's just this barrage

of information. And it's almost like a fire hose where you've got to just pump the brakes a little

bit and say, okay, let me just focus on what really is important here and try to set

aside all of the noise. So let's first go over the news as far as what Trump is doing with the

tariffs, because that changes every single minute, as we know. You love Trump or hate of it, you got to admit.

It's just every single day.

It's, uh, you never know what you're going to get.

It's like, uh, Forrest Gump and his box of chocolates.

All right.

So first thing that I saw in the news, I think this was over the weekend, is Trump pulling back tariffs to a certain degree on some of the Chinese imports.

So on phones, chips, and I think it was computers was another thing.

So I guess I'll set aside for a moment the economic ramifications of this,

looking at it through the lens of the MAGA folks, let's say.

Because I found that some of them on Twitter, especially, will say that if we tariff Chinese phones,

chips, and computers, then this is good.

This is a great thing for XYZ reason.

But if Trump has a carve out for these exact same things, well, then that's good too because he's just playing

5D chess and we're just too stupid to understand his brilliance.

And we just need to sit back and be in awe of the magnificence of whatever his end game
