Welcome back to the Michael Cohen Show on our continued journey to 500,000 subscribers. We're

So I'm going to start this by saying, over the weekend, Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

Remember that number, 1798, which has only been used three times in history.

Trump claimed it was invoked because of an invasion by a Venezuelan

gang, Trend de Aruqua. And on Saturday, Judge Bozberg ordered the Trump administration

to not deport anyone in custody despite the AEA. Now, he ordered that any planes that had already departed needed to be turned back.

Now, that's not what happened.

And yesterday, there was another hearing with the DOJ and the same judge where he asked

if the White House knowingly, knowingly defied his orders.

Now this is being considered a constitutional crisis. It's why I say every day we need to get

together. We need to share this so that people become educated, that they're in the know

and that they understand what's going on. And it's why I say right here, right now,
