yourself, tell everyone what you do. I'm Mike Simmons. I'm a partner with the

law firm with Cosmic Simmons and Brown, where I work in Jackson, Mississippi, and

I'm also across the country. I practice primarily in the state of Mississippi, both in state

and federal court. Defend lawsuits such as the one that you and your podcasts found

themselves in and been doing it for 28 years. Initially, Jet Miller alleged his character

and reputation were damaged.

That alleged damage to the plaintiff's reputation was in both the original complaint and the

proposed second amended complaint, but I didn't know that character, which appeared

damaged to character, appeared in the first complaint, but not in the second amended complaint.
