Alright, what's up y'all welcome back to another entry. I'm your host Darren Starks and if you're watching,

I was just at the beginning of this looking at my hairline. I absolutely despise recording

when I don't have a haircut but sometimes in life you just gotta

thug it out but if you can also see I'm finally back home all of May I was

basically traveling I got back home last week so the last three

episodes I recorded I actually recorded one of them while I was in New York to I was

in Nashville and I'm actually getting ready to go to Africa in less than two

weeks which is insane but but I'm going to catch

y'all up on all of that and fill you in later. Today I really wanted to share this

thought with you all that I've been having recently around this concept of humility

and this idea that in the kingdom is not about how high you can go but really how low you can get.

And it's because contrary to popular belief in terms of what's promoted to

us and what we usually see we were never meant to live solely for ourselves but more

important live in service to God and those around us.

And what I'm coming to realize and seeing other people and even myself is a lot of us are

extremely stressed out and filled with anxiety because we were never meant to

obsess over the ladder that we climb. We can get so focused on trying to exalt

ourselves that we forget that we were only created to serve and I know I found myself in that

snare of being so focused on how I'm going to make my name great instead of

simply focusing on his that looks like obsessing over or thinking about, okay, how am I going to get into this room

or get their attention or develop this audience or get promoted by this executive for this manager or get known in this capacity in my local area within my community by these people or whatever the case may be we can get so obsessed over the ladder that we climb that we forget

that we're only supposed to stay at his feet. So from that this puts a whole new
