with the next cross-country storm already underway as millions brace for a potentially historic flooding event.

already blown up over the Rockies, but we had more than 600 severe storm reports

in just the last 48 hours. In the last 24, it went from Texas to New Jersey.

Overnight, millions in the east battered by deadly storms, already claiming at least five lives.
