Just real quickly, getting back to this activist, Judge James Bosberg, otherwise known as Judge James Bozo, that ordered a temporary restraining order, preventing the deportation of any other Venezuelans.

He also demanded that the plane turn around and return the gangsters to the U.S.

I mean, this is just, this is just insane. All right. So how did the administration justify?

They're not complying with the court order. Red State says the left is already freaking out about it.

They're calling it a constitutional crisis and the possible onset of civil war. In other words,

it's what the left says every day, every week, all right?

Constitutional crisis, civil war. I mean, you heard Maxine Waters last night, all right,

or last week, I'm sorry. White House advisor Stephen Miller reportedly said the order did not apply

because the flight was already over international waters. But guys, I'm going to break down how this occurred.

So the president signed the executive order invoking the Alien Enemies Act on Friday night.

Intentionally, he didn't advertise it when he did it on Saturday morning.

Word of the order leaked official said,

prompting a mad scramble to get the planes in the air. So they should have had them in the air on

Friday night, frankly. But at 2.31 p.m. Saturday, an immigration activist. So I just want you to

understand the breakdown. You've got an immigration activist working with the media, working with a Democrat
