Summary

Reagan Simmons Hancock, 21, is found dead in her New Boston home by her mother on the morning of October 9th, 2020. She was seven and a half months pregnant, had been stabbed over 100 times, strangled, and had her unborn child removed from her womb. The perpetrator is Taylor Parker, a friend of Hancock’s, who had been faking a pregnancy for over 10 months.

1:31.2	sadder cases than those involving kids and particularly babies it just it hurts your heart
1:37.1	it bruises you it's something that you carry with you for the rest of your life and
1:41.3	the case that we're going to be discussing today is such a case like that that I don't know that
1:47.1	anyone could ever get over this beyond it past it and certainly never forget it. No Joe and I think
1:54.2	for me what made this case as bad as it was what made it one degree worse is that the young lady
2:01.2	who died her mother was the one who found her body. Reagan Simmons Hancock was found lying
2:09.0	face down in her bloody living room and according to police there was blood throughout the house.
2:16.4	Now this woman was seven and a half nearly eight months pregnant with her second child
2:22.8	and keep in mind again that there was blood everywhere in the house on the floors on the walls
2:28.5	on the furniture on the appliances and other items throughout the house and we discussed this case
2:34.6	with someone else the other day and the comment was made you know how horrific it was because you
