I'm a born and raised New Yorker who achieved success with multiple businesses, but I crave something deeper.

So I dedicated myself to personal growth and transformation by revamping my mindset. I went from being unable

to run a mile to conquering four marathons the following year. Now, I want to help others manufacture

big breakthroughs of their own. All of our limiting beliefs that we have as grown-ups,

generally speaking, come from childhood. So it's some

kind of messaging, even just like turns of phrase that we use very often, like money doesn't

grow on trees, you know, things like that. It insinuates that having money and being successful is hard,

for example, rather than having an abundant mindset whereby I always have what we need or, you know, I can

always meet my needs. So I try to, I sort of say mind your language and I don't mean swearing.

I absolutely love swearing and there's plenty of evidence to suggest that people listen

when you swear more and pay more attention when you use it and it's aligned with your values.

So what I mean by mind your language is be mindful of what you're saying to small minds and souls

because they really are sponges when they're younger and you are their only point of reference.
