Starting off with an update out of the Supreme Court in regard to the Alien Enemies Act and the

getting a bit confusing for a lot of people, but I want to try to break it down. So we're all on the

same page as far as what is going on and what this particular ruling out of the Supreme Court

means for the future of the case. The Alien Enemies Act case, just to recap briefly,

started when President Trump signed a proclamation that invoked this century's old law called the
