The shocking things I discovered about reading the entire Bible over the last year.

Hey everybody, Joe Simons. Like Diamonds. Back again, Salt Strong Unchurch.

And yes, I just finished the entire Bible and I did it with this one year Bible.

That's where they take the entire Bible and they break it into 365 daily readings.

It only takes around, you know, 12, 15 minutes a day.

So I do it every single morning and in the year, I just finished this sucker and really some really cool revelations.

I'll say that that I've discovered about the Bible.

I've done this quite a few times before, but I'll be honest with you.

I kind of like, I kind of would skip around and I would get, I will say, I'll use the word lazy.

And I would stop doing that. I'd pick it back up and I was super confused because here's how they laid this sucker out.

It starts with Genesis. So they start with some Old Testament and then New Testament starting from the very beginning.

Then they go some Psalms and Proverbs and pretty much every single day.

And so after a year, you've literally read the entire Bible from start to finish.

And so meaning it's, you know, it's an order, right?

And so if you missed four days of the chapter, let's just say Luke or Daniel or whatever and then obviously you pick it up, you're kind of lost.

It would be like, you know, buying a book that's, you know, a murder mystery or something.

And you know, skipping a couple chapters and picking it up, you kind of be lost.
