Summary

A-List DJ Marjorie Gubelmann aka DJ Mad Marj put her own spin on her DJing career that has never compromised her personal “socialite” style or reigned in her musical tastes to fit in with industry trends. After her divorce Marjorie was to DJ a party for her friend Mickey Boardman of Paper Magazine as a favor. She arrived in her, now, signature perfect party dress and heels and set the scene for the NY A list to dance the night away. Realizing this was her passion she pulled up her big girl party panties, enrolled in DJ school and is now requested by Vanity Fair and Tory Burch and is the in-studio DJ on TODAY with Hoda and Jenna. The road to success saw Mad Marj overcome self doubt, financial struggles and all as a single mom.
