What's up everybody? Welcome to another episode of Uncut with Q in today's podcast. I'm going to be here solo dolo. So I mean, I love doing the ones where I don't have guests and it's just me kind of spitting off of my mind. And I always try to just lead on with a topic. something that I've gotten with a lot of people who have walked up to me at events. Because,

man, it's no, it's like, like dude once you have a big brand this is

something that just happens no matter what you're going to get a whole bunch of people who agree with you

and then you're going to get a whole bunch of people who don't agree with you and this is whether or not

you have a brand or not i'm just being honest like it doesn't matter if you're known on social media

but in particularly when you are known and you have made some noise and you're known on social media. But in particular, when you are known and

you have made some noise and you're in that level three, level four level of leadership,

I'd say, when you're there, essentially, you gain influence. And influence leads to

employees and employees end up being a party organization and then experiences or

had. And no matter how great or good you try to do, there's always going to be somebody who's

going to disagree with it. And so I get this question when I'm at real estate events or events in

particular that revolve around business because it's happened to me online. And it's happened to me

honestly a lot. And it's challenged the crap out of my mental health but somebody

asked me to say cue how do you deal with haters because this has happened a lot all right and let's be

honest man like if you've been following me for a while you've probably seen some shit about me

online and that's fine and you might have been a lot of good stuff but there were still a lot of people
