So the hero's journey is basically the plot of every single major film that you've ever seen.

Think Star Wars, think Lord of the Rings, any major blockbuster that you've ever encountered,

a movie that you'd actually watch.

Hero's journey consists of this guy or a girl that's chilling.

Wizard of Oz is the best example. Dorothy is chilling and she's living life and it's okay. It's all gray.

All of a sudden, tornado comes, twister comes, she gets this call to adventure.

And all of a sudden she's put off onto this magical path where she has a lot of challenges and a lot of

demons and a lot of dragons to slay. That is called the hero's journey. So you go from the ordinary

world where you're comfortable today, so your comfort zone, to the call to adventure, refusal

of the call to adventure because we like feeling comfort. We like chilling in our bed when it's
