If you get in a car and drive about an hour and a half east of Los Angeles, you'll end

up in a quaint little community called Miraloma.

Its name translates to View of the Hill.

And that's really apt because the surrounding area has gorgeous riding trails up into

the mountains plus these wineries and parks.

It seems like the perfect place to unwind on a weekend getaway.

But Miraloma hasn't always been known for its view of the hill.

When it was founded, the town was called Wineville and Wineville had a dark secret.

Something so troubling the town literally changed its name to get away from its bad reputation.

That secret involves kidnappings, murders, stolen identity and a massive cover-up that

tore apart the life of an ordinary mother from Los Angeles.
