They're using science of the process called cloud seeding to increase the amount of

rain in some areas.

We physicists are firing trillion watt lasers into the sky to actually precipitate rain clouds and actually bring

down lightning bolts.

This is potentially a game changer.

Pilots target clouds full of moisture and eject small amounts of an inert chemical.

Then the water in the cloud condenses around the new particles and gets heavy, falling to the ground as precipitation.
