1:46.4	Jason Gailhouse in the investigation into the death of Michael Wacholds, he had already developed a bad reputation for himself amongst both the Tampa gay community and local and federal law enforcement.
2:00.0	On January 30th of 2004,
2:03.8	Tampapedi investigators DeBloc and Columbia
2:07.2	met with Agent Scott Albrecht from the DEA
2:10.6	and learned that the DEA had arrested Stephen Lorenzo in September of 2002, after they intercepted
2:18.8	a package for him from a company called Pell Chipit Labs based out of Canada.
2:25.6	According to a September 20, 2002 article in the Albuquerque Journal,
2:30.8	115 people were arrested as part of an international crackdown on internet sales of date rape drugs.
2:40.0	Operation Webslinger targeted customers of Pelchet Labs,
2:45.0	which sold chemicals used to make GHB,
2:49.0	as well as GHB kits,
2:51.0	which included both the instructions and ingredients to make G. H.B.
2:58.1	Now, as a point of clarification, G.H.B. was and continues to be used as a party drug, although it's most commonly known as the date rape drug.
3:10.0	And as I'm sure you can imagine, that can muddy the lines of investigations and consent,
3:17.0	particularly for law enforcement outside of the gay community, looking into allegations of drug-induced rape.
3:25.0	Upon Lorenzo's arrest during Operation Webster in September of 2002,
