and it is Trash Day welcome to today's solo episode. Glad you're here. I was going to lie and act like I recorded this on Wednesday, but I'm going to be so for real right now. It is Monday for me. I'm having to switch up my schedule a little bit for a guest so I am

pre-recording this guest episode which means the pop culture I feel like could possibly not be as juicy or as, what's the word,

um relevant when this episode comes out because I'm just talking about things that I am seeing now on Monday.

But I do have a lot of reality TV trash that I need to talk about because I finished selling sunset.

So if you watch selling sunset you're going to want to stick around because I got thoughts.

So we are going gonna take out trash and we're gonna start with

personal trash off by now you guys have all heard Delia's episode is she not the most pure gorgeous human inside and out?

Truly she is a bundle of joy. She walked in and I was so taken back by her beauty

but I for sure thought she was wearing a wig because her hair was so thick and gorgeous.

And I'm sitting over here and I told her, I told her my situation, how I'm literally going bald and how I'm going to need to buy wigs.

And so I was like low-key being like,

where do you get your wigs, girl?

And she's like, oh, this is my hair.

And I was flabbergasted because she is thicker,

prettier hair than me, and I need to be taking all the

vitamins that she takes. I told her, I'm like you might have had cancer, you might still

be like going through you know your hormonal therapy but you might be the

healthiest person to sit in this chair she takes such good care of herself she's

reading all the articles about health she's educating herself on every single
