How many of you here today?

Sometimes when you've been going to church all week long, it's kind of hard to be there on Sunday morning.

But you're the church.

You're the born-again believers.

You're the ones that God has placed here and set in this body.

And you're here for a purpose. You know, at Jeannie and I pastor for 35 years, and you learn a lot in 35 years about people.

And we love people. It was hard for us to turn the church over to our

associate because, you know, we just love the people and we wanted to stay there. We were

at the point where we were dedicating babies of the babies that we had dedicated. Getting over into another generation but the lord told us

that he wanted us to turn the church over that was 10 years ago and that we would uh have another

assignment which was our television network victory television network where you can watch it

uh right here if you have roku you can watch it live stream you If you have Roku, you can watch it live stream. I watch it this

morning in the hotel. And it was God's assignment for us. My wife and I traveled for many, many years.

She sang, and I attempted to sing. We went as a family. Our son, Ronnie, traveled with us for many, many years. That's how we started with just singing. I was saved the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Raman Auditorium, the Church of Country Music. Yeah, that's what they call it. And I didn't go there to get

saved. I went there to hear Johnny Cash. But my wife and her friends had been praying for me

and her family because I wasn't saved. I was actually in the liquor business, wholesale

liquor business. And I called on all the bars, package stores, lounges, and worked in the

liquor industry for many, many years. And I was my best customer. But when I got saved, I got delivered and set free just like that. And I've been

saved just like that ever since. Never had a problem. Never wanted to go back into that world.

So Johnny Cash and June sang, thing called love was the name of the song.

Gene and I were up in the balcony, and he preached five minutes. And he said, if you need a new life, Jesus Christ is the only way you're going to get that new life. So if you want a new life, raise your hand. I was up in the balcony. I raised my hand. He said, now come on down. Now, the Robin Oratorio seats about 3,000 people.
