1:23.0 | But I'm not and so I spent a lot of time listening to podcasts and I find them to be a real source of comfort. |
1:31.0 | Especially ones that don't require so much brain power from me sometimes I really really enjoy those. |
1:37.0 | But I think I probably could listen to a more serious engage my brain type of podcast maximum once a day. |
1:45.0 | But more low key podcasts like what I'm aiming to do with these voice notes. |

1:52.0 | So I thought I would start these episodes by talking about a couple of the small things that I've been really enjoying over the past week or so. |
