0:39.6	What were some of the critical steps you took kind of in your current state before you started

0:46.0	Well, let's start from the beginning, like they said.
0:49.3	I came to this country when I was 18 years old, worked my way through every possible job that you can work
0:55.8	as an immigrant. I started watching dishes, busboy, kitchen, eventually become a waiter, assistant
1:00.7	manager, the ballet parking, cutting yards, some construction work. I put myself through college.
1:06.6	After college, I got married and my wife is like, hey, we need to buy a house.
1:12.8	Right.
1:13.5	And at that time, I was working full time as a waiter, so I couldn't qualify for a loan despite, you know, making good enough money.
