Only 12 men have ever set foot on the moon—in April 1972, Charlie Duke became the youngest among them. At the age of 36, Charlie was part of Apollo 16, spending nearly 3 days on the lunar surface collecting rocks, taking soil samples, and driving the lunar rover.
