Walt. I am your host and is historian Michael Boling, and I am joined by my co-host,

executive producer and good friend Craig Williams. Craig, how are you today? I'm doing fantastic.

How are you, Michael? I am doing well. So are you getting ready to make your corned beef and cabbage this weekend and getting

your DVD of Darbio Guild to watch for St. Patrick's State?

Maybe I am.

So I definitely am going to be getting to the grocery store to get my corned beef. I need to pick that up. But even more importantly, I need to get over to one of the liquor stores in the area and get some Guinness because I have not got any of that.

Everyone keeps telling me that it's selling out quickly everywhere.

I'm like usually I buy it like the day before and I'm fine,

but everyone keeps like warning me.

So I've got to make it a priority today and try not to drink it all before the holiday rolls around.

See, I boil my corned beef and cabbage in beer, so that's why I have to get it early.

Yeah, I did that last year, I think, and I really liked that result, but I don't know.

I might go lazy this time and just do the crock pot, maybe still throw in a little bit and see if it has the same effect.

But I need it too for my beef stew that I do.

So regardless, I've never done it.

I've done it with beef stew.
